Coaches must submit their team rosters/entries using the online registration system provided by Sports Management Associates. Paper, faxed or other form of entries will NOT be accepted. Entries are due by 8:00 PM Sunday September 21, 2008.

The registration web site is http://www.smaresults.com/ccreg. Each school will share one login. You will be sent an email containing your school's password for both the boys and girls teams. Some email addresses are those of your school's Athletic Director so be proactive and ask them if they received information and to forward it to you. If you have not received an email by September 13, 2008, contact Sports Management Associates.

If you have problems with the web site or trouble submitting rosters/entries, contact Sports Management Associates, Inc. DO NOT email or call Hudson High School. Support may be obtained via email or by phone jonk@smaresults.com 608-206-5909.

Sports Management Associates recommends adding your athletes to your roster immediately to ensure you do not have technical problems delaying your submittal. You can always go back at a later time to designate who's participating in the meet. Make sure to submit your entries before the deadline. Being on a team roster doesn't mean they're added to the meet.

Each athlete will be issued a timing chip for timing purposes. This timing chip must be attached to the shoe or ankle in order to be timed. Coaches are ultimately responsible for getting the correct timing chip to the correct athlete. The timing chip and the bib number will match. Coaches are responsible for returning the timing chips the day of the meet. You will be charged a $30 replacement fee for each unreturned timing chip. Timing chips for athletes who are not participating should be turned in immediately to the finish line area.
